So, this is always something I’ve been planning to do and now I’ve finally decided to take a step. I’m a first year studying Multimedia Journalism so I guess now the pressure to produce more has started- and it might be the motivation that I need to commit to this.
Midnight Interlude is going to be a mixture of different themes. Personally, I find it hard to find a magazine that I completely adore and read every single page, so in a sense I’m going to try and create what I would pick off the shelf (or read online), all in one place. Running topics are probably going to be along the lines of make-up, music and general current affairs which I’m wrapped up in researching. The music is going to be RnB/HipHop based as it will reflect my iPhone playlist. The make-up? Well I’m snobby when it comes to the stuff and switching from the high end brands is a challenge for me, but trying to buy it consistently on a student budget? Hmm. Bare with me and I will hopefully be providing a lot of dupes (on a student budget of course) as well as the more expensive brands and all time favourites.
Balancing this and my uni work is going to be a challenge but we will see how it goes (and hopefully the wave of motivation which I have right now will stick around).
